METALS-Copper flat ahead of U.S. data, China demand weighs

LONDON, Feb 3 (Reuters) - Copper was flat on Friday on caution ahead
of key U.S. employment data and signs of little appetite from big consumer China
for metals after a recent sharp price rise.
