Garage: whats the difference between a metal shed & a wooden shed?

I was suprised to find out metal sheds are cheaper than wood. I am not sure why, b/c metal shed dont rott like wood. You would think more people would buy metal. I am a little apprehensive in buying a metal shed , is there something I should know about metal sheds?
How long have you had a metal shed? Do you have any rust problems as the other person said?
